Youth Aliyah Child Rescue has given countless children H.O.P.E. With the Happiness, Opportunity, Protection, and world-class Education that Youth Aliyah provides in their five villages, these children grow up to be successful, confident individuals.
Youth Aliyah was born in 1933 to rescue children from the Nazis and bring them safely to Palestine. Today, we have widened our objective to include children who have been traumatized and abandoned by their parents and countries. Filled with a new understanding and empathy for others, our graduates prove to the world that violence and hatred don't stand a chance against love and H.O.P.E.

Zichron Menachem (ZM) is named in memory of Menachem Ehrental, an Israeli boy who battled cancer for over 14 years. Menachem's parents, together with family and friends, founded ZM as a non-profit organization aimed at easing the suffering of young cancer patients and their families. ZM's recreational and rehabilitative programmes and activities in hospitals, patients' homes and the ZM Day Centre in Jerusalem, as well as ZM outings and adventure camps in Israel and overseas, constitute the backbone of its support and assistance. All ZM programmes, activities and facilities are offered completely free-of-charge to all Israeli children stricken with cancer, and their families. ZMUK takes special responsibility for funding ZM's biennial summer camps held in London on alternate years for over 100 children and a respite trip for parents.
